PICS은 입학지원 절차의 진행을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집 • 이용하고자 합니다. 내용을 자세히 읽으신 후 동의 여부를 결정하여 주십시오.

PICS would like to collect and use your personal information as follows for the purpose of processing your admission application. Please read the details carefully and indicate whether you agree or not.

성명, 성별, 생년월일, 성적, 연락처, 주소, 가족관계, 보호자 성명, 보호자 이메일, 보호자 연락처, 국적, 직업 등의 지원서 작성 내용

Applicant information such as name, gender, date of birth, academic records, contact information, address, family relations, guardian’s name, guardian’s email, guardian’s contact information, nationality, occupation, and other details provided in the application form.

PICS의 입학 지원 및 입학 확정 시, 학생 교육 및 지도를 위한 참고자료로 사용

For processing PICS admission applications and, upon admission, for use as reference materials for student education and guidance.

2. 행사안내 및 마케팅 활용을 위한 동의(선택동의)
2. Consent for Event Information and Marketing Use (Optional)

상기 수집된 개인정보에 대하여 신규 강좌의 개설, 설명회 행사 및 각종 이벤트 안내 등 재학생의 편의 제공 및 광고성 정보 전달을 위해 사용하는 것과 학생의 성적 향상에 대한 자료를 마케팅 자료로 활용하는 것에 대해 동의합니다.

I consent to the use of the collected personal information for providing convenience to current students and delivering promotional information, including notifications regarding new course openings, orientation events, and various other activities. I also agree to the use of student academic improvement data for marketing purposes.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

입학지원에 기재된 개인정보는
입학이 결정되지 않는 경우에는 1개월 이내 폐기 되며, 입학이 결정되는 경우에는 최종 졸업 및 전학 등 퇴교를 하는 경우 1년간 보유.
(단, 학생에 대한 성적 및 학습, 졸업에 대한 기록은 유지)

Personal information provided in the admission application will be disposed of within one month if admission is not granted. If admission is granted, the information will be retained for one year after the student graduates, transfers, or withdraws.
(However, records related to the student’s grades, learning progress, and graduation will be retained.)
